Group Account

I can't to add my second property to existing one

"This account does not have permission to add properties."

it says

can U help me please?

I opened 2 properties but must have them in one account

Hi there!

Thanks for the post, this is a unique situation.

Did you try troubleshooting it? In the sense of, did you make sure that you in fact have the security clearance to add properties to the group? Are you on the correct page to add a property? etc.

I have the same problem and it doesn't seem to be anyone anywhere to ask for help. This is extremely frustrating and booking should be reachable somewhere somehow!!

Hey guys,

Okay so you need to phone Parner Support. It'll be the nr on your Extranet, Inbox-> Booking.com messages. They will help you with that.

I have the same problem. I manage various houses or apartments from different owners and different bank account. I can not manage all the appartments from one place. Everytime I have to log out and log in again. I talked with booking but there is for the being, no options that I know of. Group only works for the same house owner but not for the manager.

If I remember correctly, on the Ask me Anything, we were told that they are at least working on it. So hopefully soon there will be better ways of doing this.

They may have added it by now.

I suggest asking Booking.com to add it. Go to your extranet -> Inbox -> Booking.com messages. Ask them there.

Maybe you should call your BDC local office.
Sometimes the support team can help you on the spot.
