Guests not able to read emails on booking.com system
Hi all. We have been sending guests messages (i.e. how to collect key, directions etc) via the booking.com system for several years. As we know, the system does not allow us to currently add an attachment, so we end up copying the email address into our email account and cleverly the message trail always appears on the guests account. In the last two weeks, we have had 3 guests state they cannot see the messages - even though they are on their account. After several different answers from booking.com staff - our final answer came through that this is a bug and they are unsure how to fix.
Could I ask if anyone else if having the same problem, if so - how do you get around getting messages to your guests?
