HELP WITH MY ACOUNT

Hi. My name is Yanan and I just enjoy booking on December, I create two portal apartment but, when i try it like a client i see that there are a lot of problem, they can´t reserve beacuse the portal apear like all close, and when i go to my administration portal they said that to confirm the location their gonna send us a letter with a code, but its been a while and nothing comes up. 

Also I see that some time booking send me a code with a reservation of a client but when i go to my administration account and i put the reservation number there is nothing, so I really dont know what to do!.

ok so two things

 

1. Location Verification code by post : check with support team to resend and confirm address.

2. Reservations View empty for the alledged booking. If nothing in this view then it sounds like a spam email.
