How can i edit my property name?

Hi,i am facing the problem is i amd realized that i wrote wrongly my Property name after registered and published.how can make it correctly?

My property name is "Pavilion Residences -Pavilion KL" instead of "Pavillion Residences-Pavillion KL"

Hi Busyhow90,

This would need to be changed at Booking.com's end, it can't be changed by the user. Try contacting your account manager - their details are located on the right hand side of the inbox tab in the Extranet.

I've had issues in the past where they tell me certain fields are un-editable when I've requested changes so hopefully they can correct the error it for you and you don't have to re-do the entire account.

I've really messed up somehow. I have 3 cottages and some of the photo's on the one shouldn't be on that cottage ... then a name change somehow didn't happen and I have one cottage with the incorrect name ... and the right name. I need someone on "the other side" to check and see that I'm not listed more than once .. or twice. Apologies ... I've really confused the issue and need help but I don't know where to go to get it.

Hi,,actually on the time of registered i filled in Small letter "sai rkipa inn" Now i have to changes our properties name in Block Letter to " SAI KRIPA INN"

Please kindly do update ,,,,,,,,,

Hi Joanne, may I know where should I send message to extranet to contact my account manager to edit my property name?

Because when I click "Inbox" tab, but I can't type any message in the box. Looking forward to your help!

Hi there,
Yes in my haste in rushing my sign up to booking. Com, I missed an M in our name. I rang booking.com and it was all sorted in a jiffy, so just give them a call and they will sort it all out for you👍
