We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Can anyone tell me how to find the KYP form.

Just been given a second email that we're required to fill it out to avoid suspension of our account. Yet the links provided do not take me to any kind of form that can be filled out.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I got an e-mail too. I have that information filled out and booking.com is still asking me to fill out the information about Know Your Partner. I would like to know the answer too. Would appreciate any advice and experience sharing
