How to respond to foreign language guest messages

Hi
I'm getting enquiries from people but I am not able to respond to them as the messages are not translated to English.

Please can anyone help me with this.

I would use Google Translate to interpret the messages and then reply in the guest's preferred language. The grammar may not be 100% correct, but you will be able to communicate effectively.

In the extranet, go to Property -> Facilities & services -> Languages spoken, and set the languages you would like to communicate at.

This will be visible from guest side below the property description.

Also, do not hesitate to kindly ask the people to repeat the message in another language that both of you understand.
