How you handle the unfair bulling or plain racist reviews.

Things like 2,5 for lets say hygiene, when room was perfectly cleaned and checked for cleaning before check in-without any explanation fr the guest, or negative comment for amenities which are not supposed to be included in the package(like no TV in the room without TV), or comments like (some staff were talking to one another in the foreign language etc).

Often it terribly discourages the staff, for example we had conflict with a cleaner, who does generally very good job, because of few bed marks, usually without explanation

All you can do is reply to the false remarks in a polite manner and correct this misinformation , cleverly choosen words to succinctly concisely say so , but say nothing else, then move on.
