Hi Pradeep, what kind of eco friendly stuff?

Does it mean I have to bring organic soap with me? ;)

Welcome to the forum Pradeep! Thanks for sharing your tip about using eco-friendly products :)

How do you let your guests know in advance?

Katerinka12 and do not forget vinegar!!! It does miracles....

A cleaning solution of white vinegar, ground olive soap and hot water cleans and gets rid of bacteria and best of all its much more cheaper than harmless detergents, floor cleaners etc. Try to clean your windows with a solution of white vinegar and water using a cotton cloth and you will see how clean and shining your windows will look.

I could hardly imagine the guest who brings white vinegar and olive soap and cleans the hotel's windows!

True, vinegar works well for windows, floors and mirrors. Many 5 stars hotels like Shangri-la offer organic products. If you stay in other places, then yes, bringing organic soap will help, after all it's your body and comfort.

But can you demand it from your guests? Can you push them into cleaning and with organic "eco friendly stuff"?

No Katerinka12 you cannot ask you guests to bring vinegar and olive soap with them but you suggest to them to use olive soap on their bodies. Many years ago, when visiting Creta Island, I went to a mini market to buy something and I saw a huge shelf will all kind of Cretan brand soaps made from olive oil.The owner informed me that tourists love olive soaps and many of them buy them in bulk to last them for a year. I only use high standard olive oil soaps, leaves my skin fresh, clean like velvet.

I was joking, of course.

I am a big fan of organic Indian products and Trichup brand.

Olive oil does miracles. Try to make scrub with mixing olive oil and sugar, so easy.

I do it all the times when taking a shower. In my shower I have a bottle of sugar and I often scrub my face and body. It works. Its natural. Its cheap.... I am a big fan of organic Indian products also. In Oropos we have many Indian people. They are very kind and trustworthy people.

When I suggested it to my friends, they disregarded my advise. Instead, they are buying expensive cosmetics, full of chemicals and in the same time they think using 2 ingredients is..well, primitive. You are the first person in my life that uses the same method as me, he he.
