You will need to call the customer support to terminate the contract as they will need to close off your account and maybe sure that there is no outstanding debt etc.

In the meantime if you have no upcoming bookings I would delete the room details/property layout via the extranet to make sure you do not get any future bookings. Doing this will delist you from the booking.com website.

Hi guys! Finally found the way to close your property in booking.com 1. Go to Extranet of your listing ( This is the page were you manage only 1 property and will see the Calendar/Pricing, Promotions, Reservations tab) 2. Click the inbox symbol then booking.com messages 3. On the Lower right portion, you will find a Contact Us sidetab 4. Click compose a new message 5. Choose Account (password, contact... TERMINATE CONTRACT) Check my Airbnb Listings! www.airbnb.com/rooms/41070840 www.airbnb.com/rooms/28534323 www.airbnb.com/rooms/28445731 www.airbnb.com/rooms/28476715 www.airbnb.com/rooms/28471086

I cannot thank you enough for your help, I have spent hours trying to figure out how to get my properties removed from Booking.com. It's people like you who share information that actually works that make these forums worthwhile.  THANK YOU!!

i still need so much to make it full time rentable. Only keep AIRBnB as it is easily and requires less in the property.

Hi! Shubham941 and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately this is only a forum of partners like you and have no authorization to remove your property. Please send a message request through your Extranet inbox or call your local BDC office.
Wish you luck.

Hi fam- I hope everyone is doing ok

I am new on the booking.com space and would not say I find it easy to navigate the listing set up process.  My IT skills aren't known to be the strongest either- so this could be on me.

May i check if there is anyone who knows how to delete multiple property listings on my account.  I erred and found myself with 5 listings all incomplete and not fluttering

Regards

Hi Guys, NOW LISTEN UP! BOOKING.COM IS THE WORST COMPANY OF CROOKS I'VE EVER LISTED MY PROPERTIES WITH!

Two poor guests (four in each booking) were about to go to my property - each only a day away from their only holidays this summer, and had to stay in their own country because of lockdown, only to find they had been booked into MY house by Booking.com when 1. the property was never finalised and I didn't go ahead with listing it last year, and 2. the second listing had been closed by an agent back in January. Now just look at the comments at the top of this page about how cryptically difficult it is to close a property! They would rather RUIN the holidays of poor people in need of a break than let you close a listing, just in case they can make a sly buck, and a LOT of bucks if its a cancellation, like these were! So I went ahead with a new property listing: its location is in the middle of the sea, I called it an Octopuses Garden, told them the best route is by Yellow Submarine, and guess what, it worked, now I have three welcoming emails from virtual agents saying how delighted they are to welcome me on board as a partner, etc, there is ABSOLUTELY NOBODY HUMAN watching these bookings, so get out of there everybody before you end up in court with a disgruntled guest!!!!
