We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I made a guess and got it right : Portuguese Language right?

It says (for those who don't know how to translate it) :

Good afternoon. I need your help with how to create promotion of the area of service and leisure , thank you.

I think you can log in to the Extranet and look for the property tab

Within that tab there are many things you can change.

Also you can change the description of your unit And the photos so people get a clear idea of what you have to offer.

Communicate with your guests via the email given to you after booking to see if they can reach each other.
