need local help

Hi Jason!

You actually have an Allocated local account manager. You can reach them one of two ways but both require you to go to your Extranet, click on Inbox and then Booking.com messages.

When you send a message there, you can request your Account Manager to contact you. Or if you scroll down a little bit, on the right hand side of the page, you will see the details (name, surname and contact nr) of your local account manager.

Instead of using Pulse, maybe do this on a computer. . . not sure if the contact details will be on Pulse.
