We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Payments to Hosts

Hello,

I still can not believe it takes 45 day for Booking.com to pay to hosts for the bookings.

This is very poor services or they are making profits (interest) from our money!!. on top of the charges of course.

Now, they are introducing another tax for Cleaning services.

Not happy but still seem like booking.com is a popular place for get reservations.

Shame!!

actually its 15 days after a 30 day period, so technically your not getting 45 days worth but in fact 30 days... and even then it only applies to checkouts during that 30 day period.

 

that is usually something that catches us out the first time.
