We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Policies are showing on guest booking not showing as in my policies

Cancellation The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
Internet WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Children and Extra Bed Policy All children are welcome.
All children under 17 years are charged AUD 10 per person per night for extra beds.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.

How long ago was that change made? It can take up to two days to be fully edited.

Otherwise ask the help - team via the Extra net / Inbox / or contact to check if something has gone wrong.
