Problems with messages inbox
I have the following problem for last couple of days.
It shows me that I have some guest' messages on my dashboard. When I open the messages, it says I have no messages at the moment and to try again later. The problem is, that is says to me the same thing even when I want to see the messages I have already answered.
However I do receive a notification on my e-mail address about the messages I have received from the guests and if I open the guest's reservation, then I can see and answer on their message.
I hope I explained my problem clearly.
What am I supposed to do?
As from the same account I have Access to 2 different PROPERTIES, this problem with the messages I have only on 1 of them.
I will really appreciate your help.
