Pulse app

Hi there,

 

I used to have a property and downloaded the Pulse app for it but I no longer have this property and have created a new login for other property listings. When I try to download the Pulse app to be notified about these properties it keeps bringing me to the old property I used to have and won't let me see the new ones I have listed under a different login, even though I have downloaded it from the new listings page... please help!

Hi Danielle

I am not sure what has gone wrong.

I think you need some expert advice from the Help-team

You can find them by logging in to the Extranet and then login tab.

There is a space to fill out your question.

Also you can find contact details for your country in google, or on the page for questions. / Home page at the bottom.

Hope this helps

PS Do this on your computer. Via the app doesn't work.
