We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Redirecting partner comments to the correct topic headings

This is for the Community Managers, who monitor these online conversations:


Can you redirect posted questions to the appropriate Partner Community topic sections?


It is difficult to find posted comments and questions, when they are listed under the wrong or misleading topic heading.


For example, a Booking,com partner might list a question about guest payments under Tips & Tricks, rather than Guest Payments & Finances.

Hi. My property is now up for sale so I cannot ho our bookings made for 2020.

I am going round and round I circles with the "help" to try and update my calendar and stop any more bookings being made/cancel 2 current booking.

Very worrying

Please can you help?
