Refund for double paid commission
A few teething problems since guests can pay at the same time as when they book, instead of on arrival?
On 11 Feb this year I paid the commission which was already being deducted off the amount that Booking.com paid me for the bookings I had in January. So basically, this commission has been paid twice.
After numerous messages, the issue is still not resolved. Booking. com said it was going to be in with the payment for the month of February, but I have received that today, and the double paid commission is not included in that either. So this is 08 March, 25 days later, 24 days after I brought this to their attention.
Does it normally take this long to get a refund? Most other Dutch companies refund within 5 days.
Has anyone else been struggling with this?
