Termination of contract by booking.com - fraud and abuse
My contract on my sole property in Bulgaria has just been terminated by booking.com immediately for "material breach of contract". The property ID is: 2457739. No valid reason has been given and I copy my message (to which booking.com refuse to respond) and their email below. My lawyers will be initiating action against them towards the end of this week. As I know this has happened to a great many of you in this Community, it is time booking.com were brought to "book" and sued. A class action would be highly appropriate.
