What do you do when guest does not abide by check-in check-out times?
We have just opened in July and we have run into this problem 4 times since Already. We have printed out our Rules and policies in multiple languages. They are also posted in the room.
The latest today! check-in is 2 pm Guest arrived at 8:15 this morning wanting to check in guest advised check in is at 2 om guest wanted to leave backpacks here. Guest returned at 10:17 wanting to use bathroom. it is 12:50 the guest has not left eh premises since 10 am. What do you do We have had guest that we have had to encourage to check out so that we can clean for the next guest. What works for you? We would appreciate any advise.
