We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Where is the Rates and Availability tab please? I cannot have check ins at start of the week.

Hello, I'm new and have just launched on here but am worried as I want to make sure no guests can check in on Monday Tuesday and Wednesdays as I won't be there to greet them.  How can I do this please?  I can't find the 'Rates and Availability' tab that is recommended.  It isn't on my extranet.  Guests can stay on those days but not check in.  Thank you for your help!

It may look different from that Katerinka12 posted. If you do not have this tab, go to Calendar, and at the bottom right part, there is exactly what you want (Guests can stay on those days but not check in).
