Why do our properties suddenly become "Closed/Not bookable" with no prior warning?

This is rather inconvenient, especially that we are losing guests. As this happens without prior warning, it is also difficult to keep track of what is not available.


Anyone in the same situation?

Is this happening when you have just opened up new dates in the future? If so, then you need to check that you have set-up the rates correctly - this happened to me recently.

Otherwise, if you are using a 3rd party tool to manage your bookings, check that there isn't a glitch causing the problems.
