Disabled Account



How do I regain access to my account? I was recently disabled and cannot log in to the extranet. This is frustrating because I have a booking and the guest already contacted me but they already paid for the booking and it says nonrefundable. Also, how can i get their payment if i no longer have access to my account? This is sooooooooooooooooooooooo stressful!! The weird part here is my account was disabled when i just received my first time booking ever!!!
