Double unsolicited Rate Plan ((all meals included) coming up when downloading anything from our channel manager
We have a very pressing issue: When downloading any prices or availability from e4jConnect, our channel manager, a double standard plan appears in booking.com. It has the same name as the original plan but contains full free meals board. We have no such option in VikBooking, our back end booking manager. This of course creates a total chaos since customers book our rooms and get upset when full board is not included. We have removed the rate plans and reinstated them as well as changed the name of the rate plan, at no avail. When syncing with our booking manager the rate plan "Standard" pops up, including full board.
