Unable to answer a pre-booking question


I have a pre booking with a question.

They won’t confirm the booking until the question is answered.

But I can’t answer until the booking is confirmed!

Is there a way to answer them?

Hi Emily, sorry to hear you're having the same issue I am.  Any luck getting in touch with booking.com service/support?  I feel like I've tried everything to contact the platform for assistance and can't get through.  I've had multiple booking requests expire due to this issue and its getting so frustrating.  Not only is this costing hosts valuable reservations, but I'm sure its frustrating for guests and potential guests as well.
