Unable to log in to my Affiliate Partner Account

Hello everyone,

I'm all of a sudden unable to log in to my Affiliate Partner Account. When I try to, I get the message:

 

You have no access rights to the Affiliate Partner Centre. Contact your administrator to request access rights.     I'd appreciate any help.   Thanks! Reinhard

thanks for the reply - in that case, it really sounds like a bigger technical issue to me. Let's hope it gets resolved soon.

Same error here! When you try to login does it say (LoginError=USER_NOT_FOUND) in your address bar? I think booking.com has removed accounts which are doing well ?

Yes. And the red error box "no rights to access partner centre".

I can not imagine that. I haven't violated any policies. It won't be a coincidence. Probably a technical problem. Or are there people here for whom the login is working right now?

Yes, that is what it says in my URL, too. I don't think they would randomly remove accounts, I assume it's a technical issue. It's probably just the URL for the error message, not a sign of an actual missing account.

affiliate support team this is a serious problem. No violating their policies. I just hope it is a technical problem but that error in the address bar -No User Found- indicates account is removed or deleted, god knows why!

Hello, I have the same problem, has anyone been able to solve it? I called their team and talked to 3 "expert" representatives until they finally hung up on me, it's annoying that big companies treat marketers like that.

I will migrate to another affiliate program. Booking has the WORST support I've ever seen, both for users and affiliates.

I am having the same problem, my friend. I even had to create another account just to respond on this platform. I also agree that customer support here is not great as far as getting affiliate help.

Anyway, it seems it's a technical issue. Let's hope it will be rectified soon.

it's just a canned response. If you reply to the incoming e-mail and tell your problem, you will receive a response from them.

Hi! I have the exact same problem. :( I have registered in january and I already had more than 10 bookings. :( I hope that they will solve this issue. I spoke with someone from the support team and they didnt even know anything about the affiliate program. :D

The same problem here, I sent an email and they replied this:

Hello from Booking.com!

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we cannot find your email in the system. Do you have another email address that was used to register your account? Looking forward to helping you further.

Best regards,
Affiliate Partner Support Team

The thing is that I don't have any other email on my account, it's only me not any other user, so you're telling me our accounts were deleted or what??

If there was a problem they should have let us know before deleting the account, don't you think?
So I believe is a big technical problem on their end.
I had pending commissions and reservations pending until January 2024

Good morning, I had to create a new account to be able to post on the forum; I have a similar problem since this morning; when I try to log into my affiliate account, the system recognizes the email and password but instead of letting me log in it takes me back to the log in page to re-enter the data. I tried to authenticate with the confirmation link as well but nothing changes, it always takes me back to the log in page. I tried clearing cookies and cache, changing password but nothing worked.
What should I do?

Hello.

I'm having this same issue. In the last few days I've been trying to login to booking affiliate partner account. Everytime I introduce my email and password, it reloads to the login page.

Is this a known error that is going to be fixed soon?

I'm still unable to login to Afiliate Partner Center today. This has been the case for a couple of weeks now. I've tried contacting Customer Service but they didn't know what to do and directed me to an email which is no longer used.

Has anyone had any success getting this issue resolved and how did you do it?
