Unable to receive SMS verification code for adding bank account
I am writing to report an issue with adding my bank account for payouts. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to receive the SMS verification code necessary to complete the process. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended by Booking.com, including checking that my phone number is correct and ensuring that my phone has good signal reception, but I have not been successful in receiving the code.
As a result, I am unable to add my bank account and receive payouts for my reservations. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know what steps I should take to receive the verification code or if there is an alternative verification method that I can use.
I can confirm that I am able to access my account without any issues, but I am unable to proceed with adding my bank account due to the lack of the SMS verification code.
