Verification code

Select option to receive verification code via sms.  Mobile number is correct but I don't receive a code.  When I choose another method it asks me to contact Booking.com.  When I call/email they ask for my booking confirmation code (which I don't have as I'm not a guest but a host).  I am unable to add my bank account details and have received bookings.  The site is leading me round in circles!  Can anyone help?!
