We do not get cancelation, modification, guest messages to e mail.



We have a problem almost 3 months and can You help us?

Problem: we have been always getting CANCELLATION, RESERVATION, MODIFICATION, GUESTS MESSAGE to our e-mail. During these 3 months we get ONLY reservations to our e-mail. We tried to check "trash" box, tried to find the problem in ours servers, but nothing.  We do not want use "Pulse" app because it is not fine for us. Can You explain us why we have such a problem? Some bans are added from booking.com or something else?
