Wrong property verification

Hello everyone,

Got the issue with verification. I created one account, before registering current. During verification process by live video call, I made a mistake with property ID, so I got verification for the previous account. Unfortunately, I can't retrieve access to those account, so I having trouble to contact partner support center. Is there any other ways to reach them by email, without entering into extranet (I don't have an access for current account).
