...another no show!!!!
I have 4 more bookings with BDC - and I'm sure none of them will show either.
I've blocked/closed all the rooms to them and will de-register as soon as the last one no shows...as I'm sure they will.

....and they keep us hanging on with one thing after the other. Sometimes I wonder if the customer service reps even understand or care to understand what the issue really is - because I've received emails - in response to a conversation I've had with them - that's completely out in left field!!!! Not addressing/offering a resolution to the matter discussed...

I have newly joined BDC - since May I had 15 bookings - half of them were no show and the rest cancellations at the last minute - ignoring my policies!
I have called BDC several times - I've lost count. Nothing has been resolved - I can now view the credit card details but the CC have been invalid.
yesterday I got a last minute booking - I had one room available so I agreed - I got an email from the guest asking me to keep the room for them as they were travelling a long way - I was up til 2 AM - and they were a no show and they credit card was invalid!!!!
I will be de-registering from Booking.com as I feel that not only the guest but BDC are taking me for a ride. I have lost time and money - mostly because the bookings were all for over a week long each and I closed the rooms to other sites I am on - which by the way are much better as the guest pays up front before arriving.
I am at the end of my rope with BDC and they promises to make this work for me.
