hi Judy, i have a similar problem too. Last year i was been paid through booking, but there is a great cost, and delay also, and from 1st of June 2019, we have been charged an extra 1.6% on transfering the money to my account. I then tried to change the way of payment and do it my self, but i can't find any answers to a lot of my questions, i even send then emails asking them about the procedure, i tried to call the Finance department but had the same problems as you did, and now i don't know what to do. The other companies i have my property shown, are paying the same day of the arrival and they reply much easier than booking.
