I agree totally with all these comments.
One lady took a towel from the room. When I phoned her she said her daughter did not know that she was not supposed to take it but promised to bring it back, because they were still in the vicinity.
When I phoned her the next day to find out about my towel, she started bad mouthing me!
After I have seen her reply, I contacted Booking.com personally explaining her review, accusing of being paranoid, etc. I also asked them not to place the review and explained to them, what actually happened.
I also send them an inbox message which they never answered.
From a 10 to 9.3 because of a bad review? Does it then mean that if things disappear out of my rooms I must just let it go?
I discovered a page of Booking.com for our area and city on the internet... I could not find my name anywhere and ask them about that? Some other hotels' name appeared eve twice!
Still no answer from them. What is going on with Booking.com,?
I still can't believe that nobody came back to me?
