Thanks for the prompt response pibomarco. The direct message with the guest does not really work as the guest either forget or ignore it. The best possible solution is to charge teh non refundable reservation immediately after they book. This is standard that i have been following for years in any hotel that i have worked around the globe. The thing is , what we do it here in Thailand? Cheers in advance for any new answers.
Guys still looking for the best possible solution to pre-authorize and charge the credit cards for no shows. I would appreciate any assistance on the above mentioned. Anyone using paypal? Still though the paypal links will be ignored but it is an option.
