About financials and payments

During the month of july,we had a bookings but guests didn’t show,i dont know why but there is misunderstanding about taxes and payments,now i see the message from booking that we should pay for non showed guests? Why? We have recorded videos from cameras there seems that non of guests arrived and we didn’t get any money from them..they just booked and didn’t come..please help us

No when that happens you just message PS the references and instruct to mark as Not prepaid and No Show, then the commission is voided for that No Show who did not prepay

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
