Booking ows me money for the past 3 months

 Since 11.09. I have been trying to contact Booking through mesages and phone calls. Reservation that was in August 2021 we are missing 260, 51 euro. Nobody is solving this nobody knows anything, agents do not know what to do cause financial dep is not doing theyr job. Also, Booking noticed me to pay 50 euro and when I asked the agent on phone she said to e that I have to pay that - next agent told me no cause Booking alredy takes their part in advance. So by this, booking owes me 310,51 euro alltogether and nobody cares. No calls back, no messages , nothing. Booking took money frome me and thats about it.

Hello, I am from Dar Al Deyafa Hotel Apartment 359816 located in Muscat, Oman. I have been informing every day since 3 months to all your executives that we cannot charge VCC we want the amount to be done as Bank transfer. Why is it not showing on ur system the calls I have been making every day about only 1 request for making Bank transfer as we cannot charge the card. Every Customer service all over the world ensures the query has been resolved at the client end, then why is booking.com not able to do it. Why is the finance team not replying or making our bank transfer for all our prepaid transactions. Yourl charge us commission timely basis and if not paid by us url block our account. Since September I am following up for our payments, why still the payment not released. We work with Expedia, Agoda, etc with only 1 call and 1 email all our queries are resolved even related to VCC, never we had any difficulty with payments from them. Every time we received timely payments from them with out any hassle from them. Booking.com is expected to be the most professional booking engine, but since 2 months every day I am sending emails, calling up, no reply at all infact the reply to the messages is also not as expected, as if the trailing emails are not read. Just a random response. This is worst response expected. This is really surprising and frustrating. Your'll don't provide us with the direct contact number to the finance team neither urll transfer the call neither you have any senior manager to resolve the issue. We want all our VCC amount for all our transactions since November 2020 to be paid by Bank transfer which we have told your customer service since last year. Kindly do it at the needful at the earliest and make a bank transfer for all our VCC transactions.

Dear Ivana, I have been calling your team on an international call every day since 3 months, is booking.com gonna pay us the call charges too which is all waste as the response is standard from your executives. Why is the finance team not having a direct number, y r they not replying. The inbox says ill get a reply in 2 days then y no reply for my queries till date.

Unfortunately as Ivana mentioned this space is used as a forum and finance will not see your requests here. I'm sorry it has taken the finance team quite a long time to assist you with your case. Have you tried calling any of the phone numbers here?  As Ivana mentioned the best number to call will always be the one in your extranet as that is the team that will be most familiar with the country your property is in.  Unfortunately we cannot assist from here as we have no control over how quickly finance can tend to your request. Kindly contact them through your extranet. 

 

You can compose a message or give them a call via your extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Message or Call.

 

Kindly note that your extranet is the best place to seek help as your inquiry will go to a specific department depending on the topic you choose when you send a message.

Thanks for boombing my post with your problems. I also, like its said in the post, cannot reach finance department, I have called and messaged many times. If this is not solved soon, my bussines with Booking is over. Dealing with partner who doesent respect contract and doesent pay out is a criminal act at this point.

This is awful!!!

Hope BDC recovers from this situation the soonest…many hosts are desperate and unhappy!!!

Join the Facebook group "Booking.com is not paying it's hosts" Many many people not been paid including me....scammers and thieves
