CANCELATION OF A NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION
Hello. One of our guest has reservation for four rooms with 3791459118 reservation number. They spent the first night with us. After the first night, they say that they want to leave our facility and that they will only pay for the first night, otherwise they will complain about us and make bad comments. They demanded to leave, expressing that a mishap was compensated and the breakfast times we declared did not suit their cats. These guests, whose payments have been withdrawn from their credit cards, ignore the guarantee that they will be provided with the best service during their stay and demand only the first night of their stay to be canceled with simple excuses. They also made a statement that if the remaining days are not canceled as they wish, they will expose us to bad comments in different media.
