Cancellation Policy

We got a reservation through booking.com but it was a no-show. We checked for the card details but there was no details saved by guest. Now as per our cancellation policy 1 night charge should be deducted but as no card details were served there was no option for such. 

What shpould we do in this case.

This is common mistake,  when you don't use BdC payment methods, 

Nor define your own prepay method into new reservation template,  with time limit.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
