Did not receive full payment from the guest


   Can you please give advice as what should I do if I am not receiving the full amount from the guest even after few reminders.  When he was leaving he had assured balance payment the next day.  How to contact booking.com to raise this issue

Hi There,

If you have tried the Guest a couple of times, over email, text and call, but still not able to get hold of the Guest.. From personal experience, it's unlikely you'll be able to claim the money back.

Call in to Booking.com and speak to the customer service. As you were not able to charge the Guest, you can request for waiver of commission. Also, I would suggest to mark the Guest as misconduct in the reservation.
