Genius Programme

I signed up to the Genius Programme, my bookings are extremely good but I am really disappointed at the massive reduction in income long term and the rates Booking.Com pay I have not nor ever been able to reconcile.

I normally charge £65 per night and just received a request to extend a 5 night stay to 6 nights and for the final night I would receive just £4.21 for the night.

It is virtually impossible to get hold of Booking.Com staff so can anyone advise on this?




i wouldnt let them extend it online for an existing booking, instead they paid your direct rate directly to you

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
