Guest paid for 4 nights by Virtual Credit Card but left after 1 night complaining about the local church bells and intermittent WIFI.

He left an unpaid bar bill  of £32.50 and has offered to either be charged for two nights and no bar bill, or one night and the bar bill . How do I go about refunding this please?

lol the church bells, thats a good one.

 

You dont, he is not entitled to a refund, its that simple.

He doesnt get to negotiate what it owes either.

 

But if you are crazy enough to agree and that your perogative, then just tell them to request the cancelation via CS team on main website, then you get notification to agree and waive fees.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
