guests didn't show up

Hi,

 

My guests didn't show up for the first of 4 nights. Can I sell the other 3 nights again or do I have to wait for them to come in any of these 3 nights?

Dear Partner,

Welcome to the Partner Community and thank you for reaching out to us. 

You can mark the reservation as a no show in your extranet account. Once you mark it, your property (room) will automatically reopen so you are able to receive a new booking for the rest 3 nights.
