Has anyone found a way to contact Booking.com Financial Control directly? They owe me 2 months income
I have spent the whole of August trying to establish why Booking.com have not paid me for my July bookings, and today they have put up on the extranet that there will be NO PAYOUT again for my August bookings! Phone calls, emails, and even a recorded delivery letter to the head office in Amsterdam has brought me very little response, and no solution. Financial Controls eventual response to my emails suggests there is a problem with my bank account! But this cannot be the case as (a) I have had the same bank account since long before I worked with Booking.com and (b) this does not explain why they are already saying (on 1st September) they will not payout for August bookings!
On top of this I am being charged commission on a number of overbookings that I discovered at the end of May, when the synchronisation between Booking.com and Airbnb broke down. I did everything i could to co-operate with resolving the issue even though I did nothing to cause the problem in the first place.
Has anyone else had an experience like this? I am desperate now as I have had no income for the last 2 months...
