How do I go back to collecting guest payments myself

Is it possible to go back to the old system of collecting payments from guests myself and then paying Booking.com their fee?

The new system where they collect the payments and transfer to me is absolutely hopeless!

if you wish to opt out, you can do this via the Extranet:

Extranet: Finance > Getting Paid (Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "click here to continue"

Yet another completely unhelpful reply from this shambles of a business.

There is no "Getting Paid" option when I click on Finance and none of the options I do have under that heading let me go back to taking payments myself.

Are you able to give me sensible advice or will you just be wasting even more of my time again? Even better - can you give me a phone number so that I can actually speak with someone? Thought not!

You can take it that I will never recommend your business and will ensure that my guests know to use an alternative provider in future.
