We’re having the same issue in fact hundreds are! It’s ridiculous! They say they send a letter but I don’t know anyone who’s received one! But they still expect you to host guests but still don’t pay !

If you check through threads you’ll find the email addresses of the ceo etc 🤞 they must owe millions! It’s getting noticed now though!

Hi Ann,

The best thing to do would be to call Booking.com directly to see if they can do an alternative verification for you, like a possible video call if the team that manages your country can do this. I'm sorry you're having to wait a long time. I assure you myself and my colleagues have all raised all the concerns from all the messages we see on this forum.

Here are the phone numbers.

Kind regards,

Claire

Here's a really simple resolution for booking.com. Have a look and see what you owe people then pay it. Just an idea....otherwise it's considered theft holding on to something that doesn't belong to you. Have a look at the dictionary definition. I have been fobbed off for 2 weeks now with the same words. "Oh I am so sorry. It's been escalated to the finance department"

They just fool you even after a lot of time has passed. Booking.com will tell you before it was to contact, they themselves are to blame, and the fact that a month has passed since the first contact with them, they did not hear or see. They are simply deaf and dumb, and they are masters of appropriating money and invoicing you for not receiving money. All victims just need to get together and file a lawsuit. They understand that for that kind of money they will not come to court alone and become impudent. If everyone gets together and comes to court, then this is a very large amount. A thousand people who have suffered.

I have an outstanding payment for a successful stay 3 months ago. Lots of bookings since then without that same problem. I contacted them via Extranet 3 times without ever getting a useful answer. I wrote a letter to the CEO and in 1 month since then, no reaction. I resend the letter recommended post 2 weeks ago, still no answer

Here is the CEO's address:

The CEO, Mr Glenn Fogel

I agree that individuals cannot afford to take Booking.com to court, but a group (or class) action might be possible. Could any progress be made with a twitter thread? I am not one who twits!
