Invoice Payment which is paid for Booking.com Commission Not Updated in Extranet

I have paid the booking.com invoice for commission 5 days ago via an online bank transfer. But it's still not updated in booking.com extranet and the invoice is still under outstanding invoices. Why is the payment not updated and what should I do?

Note did you at least include the invoice number?

Yes. I iincluded the invoice number and property number both as given in the instructions. Usually how long will it take to get updated in booking.com?

Until recently we were paying manually at a physical bank, This took roughly a week.

We now pay by mobile app which, so far, was a little faster at 5days approx.

Oh I see. Seems I have to wait another couple of days and see whether it will update in the extranet

This is the official standard as quoted from the finance dept.

 

"We’ll process your payment in our system within three to ten working days."
