No payment received ..overdue by nearly three month's

I had a villa booking beginning of August and I've still not been paid by booking.com because they say the system is having problems for payments opting out of the VCC option 

I opted out of the VCC option in July ...instead choosing bank transfer Instead

Hello and welcome to the Partner Community!

 

Unfortunately, many partners are having same problems including me…

 

I have exchanged over 50 messages through my inbox and numerous calls to my local BDCoffice and still no reply….

This is not BDC!!!

 

Keep on sending messages and hopefully we will have a professional reply not just automated apologising messages…

You need the money, it is yours, not theirs! Plus interest. 

It is their obligation

BDC has disappointed me so much…I am really sad about this…had no problems in the past….but now they don’t even reply!!!

I have same problem with two invoices i have piad 4 months ago sending them all prove even with bank statamens and i get "we are sending to speacialist" and mean time my two acounts are closed from 3months !  this is ridicules the way this idiots doing bussines and getting away !

Holiday Footprints, if you haven't already please contact the Partner Support team to be sure this has been noted and escalated to the relevant department to be sorted out. To both of you, apologies for the frustration this is causing, the best way to ensure a resolution as soon as possible is to be sure you have registered the issue with the partner support team. I will pass on internal feedback about this issue as well.

I presume that I am a faithful of Booking, ready to recommend Bookink ...

but there STOP!

 

I don't know how to get us to pay what they owe us, but I think three months for a business of this size ... that's too much and illegal limit. I think it will be necessary to stop talking to customer service that has no answer for us and to send emails that do not give us any answer from the financial service, which may not be. no longer exists, ditto for Booking which indeed was totally trustworthy, but no longer is at all. Today, computers, give them the possibility of settling us much more quickly than three months. We demand answers ... NOW!

Why is booking.com holding on to a hosts money when it doesn't belong to them ok? Robbed off constantly and being told to wait a day or two. Sick of it....

Hi Jarratt and thanks for your feedback… As I stated in my previous post I have been exchanging messages with Support Team…Finance Dept…since August… They don’t reply!!!! That’s the problem….they don’t reply….only sen automated apologies… Sorry….but we don’t need any apologies….only our payment transfers… Thanks again for your kind assistance…

That’s the problem….they don’t reply….only send empty automated apologies…

Sorry….but apologies are no good enough….We  only need our payment transfers that have been delayed over 3 months….

My husband is becoming suicidal over this! How many more are? That they can do this to peoples lives? They signed a contract too!
