no show - how to receive penalty payment



I recently had a no show, wich I think it is a false ID, but booking said the credit card was confirmed


the guest never answer my chats and did not show, 


I prepared the room in case they show, but they didnt


how do i claim the penalty charges?



if its a prepaid charge on the reservation as a BdC issued VCC or CC, then use a 3rd party service to charge those card details.


else there is nothing to collect.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
