Hi, we are renting out ouer priwat apartment in Croatia troug Booking. com. I just discoverered that we havent got payed for august and September. I talked with Bookings office in Norway,  and they recomendet me to contact you. Can you please help me to find out why wr havent got payed? Dos it have something to do with us not having a VAT number? Its almost tre tousand £ missing on ouer acount in Croatia. Hope you are Abel to help me.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
