Payment from booking.com

Booking.com I would like proof of payments for certain reservation. It's going on 3 months that I've been waiting for R3000. 

You guys keep saying the money was paid. I sent you guys my bank statement to show that I didn't receive the money but you keep saying it's paid. This is madness. I had to pay out of my own pocket to host guests. Booking.com takes their COMMISSION but I just end up losing.

Please get someone to contact me so I can request proof of payments
