Payment issues

Hello community,

I come to you to know if some of you have encountered the same problems, I have not received any payment for reservations for a month.

Booking issues the invoices but has not paid them for a month. I naturally wrote and made the phone, but the answers reflect what I can read myself on the extranet.

I have not been able to know for a month when the settlement will be made.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hello Brookav,

Thank you for your response.

I have already contacted the accounting department by phone and email with no real answers to date.

The question I asked myself was, am I the only one experiencing this settlement problem? Booking has always been perfect at all levels ... it's just that recently it has become unlivable! Thanks again for your reply Regards Aude
